Rospal Tongue and Groove Gates are made from the highest quality Heavy Duty redwood timbers that add strength and durability, all of our gates are fully – ledged and braced making them ultra-strong and robust, with 4×2 R4C building grade ledges and braces our gates offer a savvy, practical security solution whilst giving all of our timber gates that exceptional look, touch and tradesman’s finish. Our High Quality & Superior Tongue & Groove gates are Ultra Secure and are constructed from Imported Redwood timbers (not whitewood) which can be constructed to any size, if you prefer you can purchase your gate unseasoned to give you the opportunity to treat them in whatever colour you prefer. Alternatively, we can spray the gates for you. The colours we offer are Medium Oak, Dark Oak, Grey and Black. However, please discuss if there is a particular colour you would like your gate. The cost of the treatment is £10.75 per gate.

Any gate can be manufactured, just ask. Please remember that timber is a natural product that can and may crack, split, discolour, expand or contract however this does not detract from the quality of the product supplied.

Our Luxury Heavy Duty ‘V’ Board Featheredge Gates are constructed from using:

  • Heavy Duty – 110mm x 19mm/20mm finished size/coverage imported redwood PGV2S Cladding
  • Heavy Duty building grade C-16 4×2 R4C Ledges and Braces
  • Fully Ledged and Braced
  • Decorative Capping *STD flat top only*
  • 38mm Ring Shanked Ribbed Coil Nails
  • Ultra Strong & Superior

    Absolutely happy with our recent order delivered, a pent roof 6x4 shed for my mobility scooter and 5 fencing panels.
